We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk officer, Carmela, had fantastic customer engagement skills. The Japanese toilet was a unique and enjoyable feature. The hotel's location was perfect, connected to the Tung Chung MTR and Citygate Outlets. They even provided a kids amenities kit for our child. The shower and handwash dispensers were of high quality, and the towels were huge.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the cable car to the big Buddha, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and bright, with stunning views of the bay. The bathroom is luxurious, with a rain shower and Japanese-style bidet. The concierge staff is excellent, providing helpful and friendly service.

David and Penny at the concierge were outstanding, they anticipated our every need and provided immaculate service. We felt pampered and valued as guests. the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city.
Despite the luxurious experience, there was one minor issue with the shower door that didn't seal properly, causing some water leakage onto the floor.

My recent stay at Mgallery was good. The cozy and clean room provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were great, with a special mention to the Japanese-style bidet in the bathroom, a rare find in Hong Kong. The location was unbeatable, with the MTR station connected to the Citygate Outlets just steps away. The convenience of having shopping and transit options right at my doorstep was a major plus. The staff, particularly Christine from the Front Desk, were helpful and responsive. The shuttle bus service was also a convenient way to get around. I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Mgallery.
Minor drawback: I encountered a slight inconvenience when navigating within the mall to find the hotel, as there were limited signs. I quickly figured it out by Day 2.

Amazing hotel. Loved the design, clean and cozy rooms. Very responsive and easily reachable staff via WhatsApp. Convenient shuttle bus. Japanese-style bidet in the bathroom, a rare find in this city. Location right beside the MTR and outlet mall for shopping. Ngong Ping 360 cable car right beside the hotel, a huge perk.
Limited TV channels and no service. Water boiler not working and needed replacement.
